Celebrating a Year of Impact

We want to thank everyone who was part of our journey over the past year — clients, collaborators, friends, and supporters. This year reaffirmed the power of thoughtfully creating ecosystems where everyone benefits.


Last year alone, we helped raise over $10,000,000 for our clients, expanded their reach and relevance, and provided the strategy and community they needed to realize their vision.


From supporting the ZEITZ Foundation in releasing Black rhinos back into their ancestral lands in Kenya to completing a $25,000,000+ capital campaign for the artist residency program NXTHVN, we were grateful to be part of such meaningful milestones for our clients.

Hosted by Charlize at the Universal Studios Backlot, last year’s Block Party delivered, once again, a night of live entertainment, celebrity guests, and great energy, all rooted in community and purpose. The event brought together an incredible group of supporters to raise funds for youth health in Southern Africa.


BLD PWR | Powering Long-Term Impact


Over the past several years, we’ve supported BLD PWR and founder Kendrick Sampson as the organization has continued to grow and strengthen its foundation. Through powerful, community-driven events and advocacy, BLD PWR advances its mission to use the power of storytelling to reimagine and realize the liberated future our people deserve.

Conservation & Environmental Impact

ZEITZ FOUNDATION RHINO TRANSLOCATION 2025  |  PHOTOGRAPHY BY BRIAN SIAMBI

Rhino Translocation, Kenya


Last year, the ZEITZ Foundation reached a major conservation milestone: safely translocating a founding population of critically endangered Black rhinos back to their ancestral home after a 60-year absence.


To help protect the rhinos long after the translocation, the ZEITZ Foundation, with our support, launched Flying Guardians: a Kickstarter crowdsourcing campaign that was successfully funded and is now equipping rangers with advanced drone technology to monitor and safeguard the newly translocated rhinos.


Heal the Bay | 40th Anniversary


We’ve helped Heal The Bay reach their $1M fundraising goal for their 40th Anniversary Gala in Santa Monica, which has brought together over 600 leaders, advocates, artists, and philanthropists to celebrate decades of environmental stewardship and recommit to protecting Southern California’s coastline.

Miami Art Week


At The Miami Beach EDITION, we brought together Zeitz MOCAA, NXTHVN, Southern Guild, and artist Kennedy Yanko to celebrate the power of artist residencies and reflect on how to nurture emerging talent, make space for experimentation, and foster cross-cultural exchange.


We’re also grateful to Karen and Courtney Lord for hosting NXTHVN and Titus Kaphar at their home for an intimate conversation on building alternative pathways for underrepresented artists and curators.


NXTHVN | The Future: Ours to Create.


Over the past five years, we’ve partnered with NXTHVN to complete a $25,000,000+ capital campaign for its residency program for emerging artists and curators in New Haven, CT. Through a combination of community, education, and access to a vibrant ecosystem, NXTHVN advances a future in which artists and curators of color have greater opportunities for success in the art world.


Zeitz MOCAA | Global Reach


We were proud to support Zeitz MOCAA, the world’s largest museum dedicated to contemporary art from Africa and its diaspora. Together, we’ve expanded the museum’s U.S. presence with touchpoints in Aspen, Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, creating new opportunities for connection and long-term support.


We’re looking forward to seeing this work come to life at Zeitz MOCAA’s Gala in Cape Town on February 20th, 2026.

We’ve also deepened our roots in Los Angeles, creating space for our community and the relationships that fuel our work.


Southern Guild Gallery


Over an intimate seated dinner with Trevyn and Julian McGowan, we gathered for a private preview of United State. The work set the tone, and the conversation it sparked has affirmed art’s ability to foster reflection, connection, and transformation in a divided world.


Juneteenth Celebration | Hosted by RDF Consulting


Our annual Juneteenth Celebration honored Black women in the arts through a conversation moderated by Jacqueline Forbes, featuring Suzanne McFayden, Kenturah Davis, and Ingrid Best. With generous support from California Community Foundation, Hillman Grad Foundation, IBest Wines, and Soho House, the evening has brought together thoughtful dialogue, community, and reflection on the vital contributions of Black women in the arts.

 

Looking Ahead


This past year reflects the breadth of what RDF Consulting does best: strategic fundraising, intentional donor cultivation, and building authentic relationships that sustain long-term impact.
